1. Cannot Control Appliance

Please ensure that you have insert the infrared accessory instead of a headset, if the device isn't plugged, there would be red text in the title bar; Please select appropriate infrared device type according to your accessory; Sometimes you need adjust the volume manually, the recommended volume is 75~100; Please check if the accessory is not broken, and point to the receiver of your appliance, and not too far away from it. If it still doesn't work, please reinsert the accessory or restart the App.

3. Usefull Skills

Some operations can be achieved through long press or left scroll, for example, if you want to delete a remote control, you can scroll to left in the remote control list view to delete it.
If you can't find remote, please use Chinese or English to search; or try another appliance type (currently remote control for CD, VCD, MP3, VCR, VCS, DVR, AVR and other video/audio devices is placed in DVD or Amplifier).
